TCS Custom Woodworks provides this temperature controller under the following terms and conditions:

• Use at Own Risk: The use of the TCS Digital Temperature Controller is solely at the user's risk. TCS Custom Woodworks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use the TCS Digital Temperature Controller, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Proper Use: The user agrees to follow all instructions and guidelines provided with the TCS Digital Temperature Controller. TCS Custom Woodworks is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from failure to adhere to these instructions, improper use, or modification of the TCS Digital Temperature Controller.

• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall TCS Custom Woodworks’ total liability for any claim related to the TCS Digital Temperature Controller exceed the amount paid by the user for the TCS Digital Temperature Controller. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the legal theory under which such claims are made.

• Indemnification: The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TCS Custom Woodworks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the misuse or improper use of the TCS Digital Temperature Controller.

By using the TCS Digital Temperature Controller, the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Limited Liability Product
